So you’ve decided to paint your bathtub, scheduled the works. What’s next?
If the works are scheduled for the morning, ask all you household to take a shower and do same yourself, as your bathtub won’t be available to use during the works and couple of hours after it is completed.
You can use the toilet, beforehand asking a technician to have a small break. After everyone took the shower, put away all shampoos, lotions, shavers and so on from the bathtub.
You should also pack away all towels, bathrobes and bathmats. Put away all valuables like jewellery, watches, etc (the room will be covered with plastic film and small items may get lost). You don’t have to worry about anything else, your technician will clean a bathtub and remove a drain overflow plate. If you have shower doors, there is no need to remove it as they will be covered with plastic film before painting.
